Product Usage

How and when should I apply DE MOI® Bio Serum: Eyelashes + Eyebrows?
 Apply nightly on clean eyelids and brows. Use generously on bald spots of the brows and thinly along the lash line (like eyeliner). Ensure the serum moisturizes the skin.

How long should I use it?
Apply daily for the first 6 weeks. For maintenance, use every other day.

Can I use it with eyelash extensions?
YES, absolutely! In fact, we strongly advise women who use eyelash extensions to use it to keep their natural lashes healthy and to help them grow stronger and longer. The more natural lashes you have, the more volume you can add the better the Eyelash Extensions will look.

Results & Expectations

When will I see results?
 Visible improvements usually appear within 4–6 weeks, sometimes as early as 1–2 weeks with consistent use.

Is the result permanent?
 No, results last through your natural lash and brow cycle. Regular use is key for maintenance.

What if I stop using the serum?
 Growth will gradually return to your natural cycle.

Why are my results different from others’?
 Each person has a unique lash/brow growth cycle and base. Some see quicker results than others.

Precautions & Sensitivity

What precautions should I take?

  • Avoid getting serum in your eyes.

  • Remove contact lenses before application.

  • Discontinue use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have eye disease.

  • Watch for allergic reactions (redness, burning, swelling).

  • If mild, continue use every 2–3 days. If severe, stop use.

I have redness/swelling—is that normal?
Redness can occur due to increased blood flow, which supports growth. Swelling may affect those with sensitive skin—pause use for 3–5 days and try a smaller amount.

Are there bad side effects?
 No known negative side effects. OM24, our patented active formula, is clinically proven to protect and regenerate skin cells.
